1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by SiliconPin ("the Company") run by Suvankar Sarkar, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

2. Service Description

The Company provides various services, including but not limited to API, self help hosting, data aggregation, data processing, and other data related services but we prefer to help doing all by yourself at your on-prem systems.

3. Account Setup and Security

a. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the initiation of any project.

b. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials & siliconID.

c. You must promptly notify the Company of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payment and Billing

a. Payment for services is due on the agreed-upon billing cycle.

b. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment, unethical or unlawful use of service.

c. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated like hosting plans comes with a 15 days refund policy.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

a. You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful or prohibited activities.

b. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for violation of the Acceptable Use Policy.

6. Data Privacy and Security

a. The Company will take reasonable measures to protect the privacy and security of customer data.

b. You are responsible for implementing additional security measures as needed for your data.

7. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

a. The Company will make commercially reasonable efforts to provide a high level of service availability.

b. Compensation for service interruptions is subject to the terms outlined in the SLA.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Services.

9. Termination

Termination occurs mainly for non payment and legal issues.
